this is kneejah.net, nick's little personal homepage on the internet.
so far this site is all done in php, but most of the layout and
formatting magic is done in css. it's slowly getting ajax-ified, too.
there's also a little mysql thrown
in just because mysql is awesome. now there's even a rss feed for my blog.
also, everything you see on this site has been done by hand by me.
the ajax/dhtml stuff uses jquery and interface, too.
i haven't yet decided if that's super cool or just sad.
ed: two years later... and yeah, it's cool.
i think i also get bonus points for being the only website around still
using a background image.

to do:
- make it look decent in IE6 and IE7.
HAH! yeah right. on second thought...
- apparently, this latest design looks decent enough in IE7. fancy that!
- add more ajax stuff here, when i can think of good ways of doing that.
- learn dojo?!?!
i'm gettin' there. yeah, right, hahaha.
- finish revolution. (someday sooner than later?! i gotta learn dojo first!)
- do all the things i've been dreaming about doing in my life.
- fixes and updates to this site as needed and as i think of things to add to it.
a brief history of my little website:
- originally it had a terribly huge logo, and lots of boxy-looking table things and a sidebar.
- then one day the logo got smaller and the background got a little more subtle-looking.
- then another day the sidebar went away in favor of a top menu bar.
- who knows what the future will bring?
all in all, there's not too much here yet, but you certainly can browse the little content
that is present.
